The staff were generous and friendly, but some of the bedroom equipment wasn’t working when our group arrived after a trip. The hairdryer was broken, and the shower in our room didn’t work either. That was inconvenient since the other showers were working fine.

The staff were so friendly, and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Italy. The drain plugs were broken, though.

The location is terrible, and the rooms are small and bare. The sockets don’t work either. Just a bad place in general.

10/10
It’s a lovely, quaint hotel, made even more appealing by all the bright flowers. Getting there means driving up a very steep, narrow road to the top of a hill. The rooms are simple, but very clean and well kept, and the beds are soft and comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. The restaurant feels homely, with pretty paintings on the walls, and serves excellent traditional Italian food. It has the feel of a family-run place, which adds to the charm. The staff were always helpful and smiling. I’d happily recommend it.

A budget hotel up the hill above Lake Garda, with everything needed for a quiet stay with family or a group. Clean and friendly.
