B&B Usciglio

I came across "Usciglio Rooms" while looking for a solo weekend to unwind. The pool and all the greenery caught my eye, and even though it was close to where I live, I booked without hesitation. I wanted a holiday where I could park the car, walk straight to a lounger, swim, and sunbathe, without dealing with the usual summer beach queues. Elisabetta was wonderful. For two days she spoiled me with coffee, local products, lovely conversation, and so much kindness. The pool was beautiful, the water always clean, and the loungers comfortable. I also really enjoyed having the dogs Astra and Stella around. For anyone who loves animals, they're a real bonus. My room was quite spacious, clean, and well furnished, and I loved the view. All the little details in the house and garden were lovely too. Breakfast wasn't included, but Elisabetta and her family were incredibly kind, and I had excellent pastries and a delicious cappuccino each morning, just what I chose. It's outside town but very close to the center, and so peaceful that it was easy to switch off from daily life. I discovered this place by chance, and I'll come back by choice. 100% recommended.
