We had a quiet, comfortable night in a cosy room, and the staff were very friendly. The price was fair, and I'd recommend it. From the outside, and in a few interior details, the place looked a little worn, but that didn't affect our stay. A good tip was to head a few hundred metres southeast down the road to Alle Fornachi for lunch.

The breakfast alone makes the stay worthwhile: homemade cakes, or at least they seemed homemade, loads of yogurts, and all sorts of brioches. I tried any of them, and they were yummy! The room was nothing special, just ordinary. I was excited when I first saw the Jacuzzi, but it wasn't working, which was a bit disappointing. I can forgive that, though. The Canova frescoes on the walls are a little kitsch. What would this whole area be if Canova hadn't been born there? It's a nice place, a bit out of the way, but a good base for exploring the Veneto if you have a car.

The bathroom was great, the rooms were nice, and the service was friendly. We had a very good dinner too. I recommend it!
