Appartamento Gardenia Deluxe

The apartment had everything we needed, and it was all brand new and meticulously clean. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the kitchen is really functional, with a dishwasher, oven, and even a microwave. The veranda looks over the pool, which is even more beautiful in person, with the sea in the background. Sannicola is just a few kilometers from Salento’s white beaches and wonderful Gallipoli, while still offering the quiet and human warmth of a small provincial town. Thanks to Chiara for looking after us and making us feel so welcome during our sadly short stay. She was professional, kind, and helpful, a rare pearl in this field. Everything was fantastic!

We had such a relaxing weekend at TS Residence, thanks in part to Chiara’s kindness and helpfulness. The Magnolia Deluxe apartment has three bright, spacious bedrooms, each with a clean, practical private shower room, plus a comfortable sofa bed and a big table for eating together. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, including a great dishwasher, and Chiara had left us some delicious pasticciotti for our arrival. I’d especially recommend meals on the shaded, breezy terrace, with its huge table and BBQ, even on the hottest part of the day. It overlooks the residence’s best feature, a wonderful, very clean swimming pool with jacuzzi. There are loungers, side tables, and umbrellas by the pool, along with a spotless bathroom and outdoor showers with hot water, so there’s no need to go back upstairs. We couldn’t ask for more.

Chiara welcomed us with a tray of delicious pasticciotti leccesi and was incredibly kind and helpful. We spent a week here and really hope to come back. The new property is in a quiet, convenient spot in Sannicola, close to Gallipoli and just a few kilometers from many beautiful beaches in Salento. Every room is air-conditioned and has a private bathroom with modern, brand-new fixtures and a shower. The large terrace faces the infinity pool, which is the real highlight. A wonderful place.

We were there as a family in January, staying in the Magnolia apartment, and both the apartment and the location were magnificent. Chiara was a wonderful host, with a pastry waiting when we arrived and great suggestions for places to eat and drink nearby. It was perfect!
