53 Solaro Apartments

Parking can be arranged if you ask, and the place was clean. The host and Stefano, the property's maintenance man, were quick to help with anything we needed. We had a great stay in Sanremo and would happily return. Highly recommend it.

The extra €30 cleaning charge for a single night, on top of the €44 listed online, was bad enough. The place itself was simply awful: sticky furniture, uneven floors, and nowhere near the sterile environment you hope for. When we saw the office at check-in, we already wanted to leave, but we'd paid and there was no refund. Extremely dirty. Stay away from the POLLON INN.

The air conditioning worked really well, but I still wouldn't recommend this apartment. There was hair, an open bag of chips left by the previous guest, and a dirty kitchen, especially the oven. Parking was a gamble too. If you arrived late, you were out of luck, and the curb was about 25 cm high on a bend. The building is very run-down, and the town itself felt old and dirty. The beach closes after 7 pm. Nearby towns are much nicer, and this place is overpriced.

The apartment is new, small, and nice, and the location is good. It also has underground parking. The Wi-Fi is slow, though, and a few more towel hooks would be useful.
