The owner was very kind and helpful, and even arranged guarded parking for my car. Rooms are roomy, freshly renewed, and cleaned every day. It's a great place to stay in Sanremo, right in the city center and near the beach. I strongly recommend it.

A friendly, helpful host, a neat and clean room, and a big comfortable bed. Restaurants, grocery shops, and beaches are all close by. Great value as a place to rest while enjoying a visit to the sea.

In the afternoon I called to ask about checking in late. The guy didn't understand me and said someone would call back. A couple of days later, a woman called to say late check-in wasn't possible. She was angry because I had made a reservation, which I hadn't. They called me a couple more times and shouted at me in English and Italian. I'll never go there.

There was a small fridge in the clean, pleasant room, along with air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi. The public beach is nearby, as is the center, just a few hundred meters away, where you can enjoy the warm Mediterranean Sea! :)

Customer service was super unprofessional. Definitely wouldn't recommend it.
