Hotel Bobby Executive

A month ago I spent a few days at the hotel and have very fond memories of the stay. The conditions were very good, it was clean, and the food was delicious. The friendly service continued after I left: when I realized I'd forgotten some belongings, I wrote to the hotel. The staff found them and helped send them to my country as safely as possible. Wonderful hotel and staff.

The hotel's great, renovated, and has everything. The rooms are spacious and clean, with very clean bathrooms and all the bath supplies you might need. They clean the rooms every day. The entrance hall is nicely decorated, and the receptionists are friendly and kind. That's why this is such a pity. I forgot family souvenirs and gifts for my girls in a drawer when I checked out. The hotel said they hadn't found them. I think someone probably took them, and I hope all the bad things from my life went with them to that person. God sees everything. A cleaning lady also threw away a friend's very expensive personal item. They apologized and said they'd searched the trash but couldn't find it. It feels like that's the same answer to any problem. The owners and staff are pleasant and kind, but they don't solve problems, so I felt they didn't really care about guests. I won't come back after this, and I'll share my experience with everyone I know to warn them. The management's response was extremely rude and unprofessional. I updated my review so others could see how guests are treated. Their reply only confirmed what I wrote. Thank you.

I spent several days at Bobby hotel, and the staff were great, very helpful with any issues and even able to speak Hebrew. The rooms were clean and well kept. Breakfast had a good selection of tasty local food and drinks, and the pool was nicely designed and very well maintained. The hotel is near San Remo center and the beaches, a short bus ride away or a 20-25 minute walk. I had a very good stay and recommend it.

The bathrooms were spotless, and the price we paid on April 11th 2024 felt more than fair. The hotel itself is a little dated, but the welcome made up for it: we arrived at 21:50 with no reservation, and the woman at reception was so hospitable she even let us choose between rooms.
