We were the only guests, but the woman running the place still treated us rudely. We hadn't realized checkout was at 10 a.m. At exactly that time, she knocked while we were asleep, woke us up, and shouted that we had to leave. I asked if we could check out later, since we hadn't known about the 10 a.m. time, but she said no and sat outside our room until we'd packed everything. I also asked whether we could have breakfast at the courtyard table. She refused and said we had to leave. We were polite guests and didn't deserve to be treated that way.

We left the car parked for all five days and got around on foot. The place is only a short walk from central Sanremo, so the location was ideal. The studio was spotless and very comfortable, and the shower was fantastic 🤩 There's private parking for a fee if you reserve it. Otherwise, there are other free parking lots nearby. Flavio and Mirella, the owners, were lovely and always ready to help.

We were sorry to have just one day here. The owners were so welcoming and helpful, and made the apartment feel a little luxurious. It's in a lovely residential neighborhood, not far from central Sanremo. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was superb.

The owners were kind, and there's a really good parking space, which is a big plus in Sanremo. The bathroom was nice too, with a large shower, and the kitchenette was fine. But the room has thin walls, so you hear the neighbors talking and doing everything 🚽🛁🚿🔊. In my case there was a small baby crying😭 all night, and the air conditioning wasn't working, so we were hot. At the first light of dawn, the room got bright as day because the shutters let light through. There went our sleep. 🥴
