The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety, good egg choices from the chef, a gluten-free section, and a homemade cheesecake you should try. The staff were wonderful. The manager always welcomed us with a smile and made it easy to arrange a special order, and the waiters were so kind. Special thanks to Shayma for being lovely and helpful. Leonardo also deserves a special mention for his kindness and guidance. The reception team answered all my questions openly and helped point me towards good restaurants and shops nearby. We had a very enjoyable stay at this lovely hotel in Sanremo. The room and bathroom were new, clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I’ll recommend it to friends and will visit again. Europe Palace will be my only place to stay in Sanremo.

We want to thank everyone for the warm atmosphere and good mood that made our vacation even more special. We felt cared for throughout our stay, and the hotel had a cozy, home-like feel. Martina at breakfast started our mornings with thoughtfulness and a cheerful attitude. Melissa in the restaurant greeted us warmly with a smile each time, and Martina at the front desk welcomed us, was patient, and was always ready to help. Thanks as well to the guy who looked after our car with a smile, and to the room service guy who brought water in the evenings and made us feel welcome with those thoughtful touches. We’re sorry we can’t remember the names of those two wonderful guys, but we truly appreciate their help and friendliness. Thank you all. See you next time, we’ll definitely be back! With gratitude, Vilma and Vesta.

We loved the shower in our room, a luxurious rainfall shower with a sea view. The Europa Palace in Sanremo was a perfect first stop on the Italian part of our Riviera honeymoon. The hotel feels very new and chic, and everyone was kind, especially our gal Eliza. Make time for the thermal baths, having them available during our stay was such a treat. Thanks for making our honeymoon stay so unforgettable!

Leonardo was especially wonderful and so helpful with all sorts of requests, from suggesting great restaurants to finding a soccer field where our son could play. We felt welcome as soon as we arrived at the Europa Palace and had a wonderful time. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you!

The beds were very comfortable, and the service was incredible. We loved the bar and the spa too. Thanks especially to Elisa and Niccolo and their teams for taking such good care of us. Worth every penny ❤️
