Five Minutes Walk by Wonderful Italy

The biggest drawback was the sound carrying through the place. Even with double-glazed windows, street noise came through, and we could hear quite a bit outside the room too. It’s basically a standard building adapted for accommodation. The view isn’t much, but the central spot makes it easy to reach Sanremo’s main sights. Nearby free parking exists, though finding a space is very difficult. Breakfast isn’t included, but there’s a shared machine for hot drinks. The five rooms each have a private bathroom. They’re small but clean, with new modern furnishings and comforts including a TV, kettle, wardrobe, air conditioning, and bidet. The owner was friendly, kind, and helpful. Affittacamere Alessia is a newly renovated property on the first floor of a 1970s building. A good place for a few nights in Sanremo, recommended.

It’s only a few minutes’ walk to the sea and city center. The property feels new and comfortable, with air conditioning, comfortable beds, and excellent cleanliness.

A tidy, cozy, clean room near the center. The keys were handed over quickly and on time.

We spent one evening here and had an excellent experience. The owner was helpful and kind, and the well-kept property felt new and comfortable. Our clean room had Wi-Fi and air conditioning. It’s a short walk from central Sanremo. I recommend it.
