The terrace gets nice morning sun, but it only has a table and four plastic chairs that are a bit baked by the sun. There isn’t even a deckchair. Inside, the studio is spacious but bare: there’s no double bed, only a sofa bed with an inadequate mattress, no bedside tables or anything useful, and an unsightly bunk bed. Just two pieces of furniture. The fridge was empty, with not even a bottle of water, and although there’s a coffee maker, there wasn’t a single pod. Highly not recommended.

The sea views are breathtaking, looking out over the promenade that stretches from Sanremo to Arma di Taggia. There are lovely bars overlooking the harbor along the way into Sanremo, and lunch at Mediterranee in the harbor area is a must. Their midday fixed menu costs €18 and includes a first course, second course, water, a glass of wine and coffee. The location is stunning, right by the sea. Getting to the centre of Sanremo takes about 20 minutes on foot, or you can catch the bus from the stop right outside the house.

A lovely residence by the sea, and there’s a swimming pool too 😎

A quiet residence in a good location, with a private pool facing the sea and a beautifully kept garden. There are shops nearby, and it’s five minutes from the town centre. The apartment owners were very courteous.

A really nice place, especially in summer when you can enjoy the swimming pool.
