I've been coming here with my school for the GEF festival for the past three years, and we've always been treated really nicely. The service is lovely, and the rooms are clean. They can be cleaned pretty much every day if you want. It's not a fancy place, but it's welcoming and nice, and a good spot for a vacation if that's what you're after.

Breakfast in the garden was a lovely part of our stay, with a very good selection for an Italian breakfast. The ladies serving it did a great job, and the people who run « Hotel Villa Maria » are very nice. The old-fashioned rooms have high ceilings and a lot of charm. The portable AC worked quite well, though it was still noisy. We enjoyed our three nights, and the center of San Remo is a short walk away. Parking on site was a big plus. There are several spaces across two parking areas, but they may not be enough for everyone, so I'd arrive early.

We had a clean room with AC and nice furniture that gave it the feel of an authentic italian villa. The breakfast was good, and the receptionist was very helpful. It's also well located, close to the main spots.

We keep choosing this hotel when we visit Sanremo because the price and convenient location work well for us. Free parking on site is especially useful, and not easy to find in Sanremo. The staff are friendly, and breakfast is good, with fruit and gluten-free options. It's a charming old building full of paintings in all sorts of styles, including religious ones. We were told it once belonged to an 'Immaculata', a woman who was cured at Lourds.
