We had a fantastic time with Stefano and his lovely mother. The place is close to both the city centre and the beach, and breakfast and drinks came with big smiles. I can't understand the nasty, untrue words in the previous review, calling it PMS and quite nasty. We loved our stay and will be back!

We return here a lot. The owner is a little eccentric, but he's such a lovely man with a heart of gold. Parking takes some getting used to, but there is a space for cars, which most of San Remo doesn't have.

We showed up very spontaneously and Stefano welcomed us warmly with an apero and welcome drinks. He's a great host and knows Sanremo well. The room was tidy and very clean. My girlfriend and I will definitely come back next time we're passing through the region. Thanks again, Stefano, and say hi to your friendly bike neighbour. A la prossima, Urs

The room and bathroom were perfect, and the location works well for everything. I had such a great time here thanks to Stefano, who's a really nice person and a friend now. I'll definitely come back!

I had such a good stay at this bed and breakfast. The room was comfortable, and the host was really friendly and nice. They also gave us hood recommendations about the area. I'd recommend this b&b to everyone!
