Quiet Apartment by Wonderful Italy

My stay was a negative experience, with problems before and during the visit, and the apartment didn't match what I expected. The hygiene was unacceptable: the bed was dirty, the windows very dusty, and the bathroom and kitchen weren't cleaned properly. The advertised “sea view” was almost nonexistent and felt misleading. In the bathroom, the faucets were faulty, the water was hard to regulate, and there was rust. Before check-in, I was asked to send documents through an external channel without clear information about data security. I'd completed online check-in, but still had to do a second, in-person check-in within a strict time limit, with a surcharge threatened. In the end, all that was required was handing over the keys, so the extra check-in made no sense. Communication was chaotic and unprofessional. I switched to WhatsApp, but was blocked after sending a voice message, and the explanations I received were contradictory and unreliable. They also admitted that inexperienced staff managed the apartment. On arrival I was asked to sign an additional contract, said to be formal, with ambiguous and potentially invasive clauses that differed from what I'd been told verbally. When I raised legitimate questions about billing, procedures, and data security, the answers were evasive and dismissive. Poor transparency, unprofessional management, hygiene problems, and inadequate communication. I can't recommend this experience.
