The room was cold, and the water was always icy. The outlet didn't work, and the single bed was impossible to sleep in because there were no shutters. The outdated split heating unit made noise and seemed to be holding concerts. The toilet flush was from the post-war era. A complete catastrophe. At midnight, they proposed moving us to somewhere 50 meters away, which would have meant going outside with an elderly lady. That was indecent. I'm asking for a refund or, if possible, a voucher for one of your normal, welcoming properties, to use by January 31st. If these requests aren't met, I'll take action and contact the appropriate authorities. Best regards

At the right price, this is an excellent option. It's right in the city center, with supermarkets, bars, and beaches easy to reach. The rooms are clean and generally well maintained, and checking in online and entering the property with a code gives you plenty of privacy. My one concern is that reception is always empty, so if I needed help, I don't think I'd get it sorted quickly.

The price felt fair for what we got, and the rooms and bathrooms were small but generally looked after. It’s a tiny guesthouse with only four rooms, right in central Sanremo and just a short walk from the Ariston Theater. I’d have rated it higher if there had been reception on site, since its absence made it harder for the manager and guests to communicate.

The staff were really courteous and happy to help with everything we asked for. We only stayed one night, but had a very good experience. The rooms work well for a short stay, and you’re close to the center, the sea, and the train station. A good fit for younger travelers.
