[Suite Orange]✩✩✩✩✩ Centralissimo, 4 Persone

The room and bathroom made this stay miserable. There was a terrible smell in the room, and the bathroom barely functioned: the toilet wouldn't flush, the sink was blocked, and the shower only dribbled. We asked to move rooms and were refused. Later, around 1 AM, staff had a loud, aggressive argument just outside our door. Communication was difficult too. The staff were rude and, as we experienced it, couldn't speak Italian or English. When we raised the problems with management, they wouldn't refund us. From beginning to end, this was a disastrous stay, and the worst hotel experience we've had. I wouldn't recommend it.

The breakfast was good quality, and the location near the Casino is convenient. The accommodation itself felt dated and a bit overpriced for what it is.

Getting around San Remo was easy from here, and a garage is available for an extra €10 a night. The receptionist was friendly. My room was plain but clean and warm, so no issue there. Sleeping was harder: people arriving late were noisy, and there was another unidentified noise, maybe a cleaning cart. Breakfast was basic, and there wasn't even butter for the toast, which was almost unforgivable.

The hotel sits in the center, in a quiet spot. Our room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was included, and the staff were helpful. You can also use Oasis beach, where there's a cheaper restaurant with good meals. Thanks to the owners, Gabriele and Franco.
