Via Palazzo 66 Sanremo Inn GuestHouse is right in the historic center, with shops, cafés and local attractions all an easy walk away. It made exploring Sanremo simple and enjoyable. The hosts stood out for their friendliness and attentiveness, and were always willing to help with recommendations or small requests. Check-in was smooth and the welcome was warm from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, nicely decorated and thoughtfully equipped. The bed was very comfortable, and I had quiet nights without any disturbances. It felt like a comfortable home away from home, with a lovely mix of comfort and charm. A perfect five-star stay. I'd happily return and recommend Via Palazzo 66 Sanremo Inn GuestHouse to anyone visiting Sanremo.

We were left out on the street without accommodation, despite having prepaid, after arriving and finding we couldn't get in. When we called, they responded rudely and aggressively and wouldn't even let us finish speaking. They said it was our fault for not arriving before 9:00 pm. Their profile on public booking sites advertises self check-in, saying guests check in online and then receive access codes and details. We never got those details, and they didn't answer our advance question. This is false advertising.

The room was basic but clean, and perfectly fine since we were only there to sleep. Being right in the center was ideal. At 11:30 pm I asked the receptionist for an extra duvet. He responded quickly, and it was sorted in five minutes with a smile. This was our second stay, and we'll be back.
