Villa d'Artisti

This was our third time being drawn back to San Remo, and once again, we weren't disappointed. We feel completely relaxed here, and so does our dog. You can also ask for delicious regional food, or even have someone cook for you. Always worth the trip.

This accommodation is simply dreamy, a peaceful oasis in a hectic world. It was spotless, well cared for, and stylishly furnished. The owner, daughter of the painter Constantin Polastri, who built the villa, lovingly looks after the property. His paintings hang in the apartments, and she has also cultivated an organic garden. She offers yoga and Qigong on an outdoor platform, which I highly recommend. You can get regional and organic products from the garden and surrounding area, and book a fantastic evening menu too. We can't understand the negative reviews. For example, the highway is barely audible. In our experience, it's one of the most peaceful places we've found. Villa D'Artisti is a lovely place to unwind and linger. We've stayed twice now, and it certainly won't be our last. Highly recommended!

Palm trees, cacti, and flowering shrubs make the garden a lovely place to spend the day relaxing. The villa sits in the hills above San Remo, and its holiday apartments are very nice and well equipped.

The hostess is nice, and you can have breakfast in relative quiet behind the house. There’s also a kiosk about a five-minute walk away. The villa itself is great, but the motorway runs right through the valley, with approximately 1000 kW/hour of traffic, so the noise is constant. Anyone looking for peace and quiet may not find it here.
