The Smile room was such a romantic space, with carefully chosen furnishings, a very comfortable bed, and a beautiful bathroom. The whole place is in a renovated building with a lovely internal staircase and a historic cellar you can visit. Prices were reasonable, too. Mrs. Patrizia was a lovely hostess, and Elisabetta helped make us feel at home. We enjoyed the delicious pastries at breakfast and the nice conversation. The setting suits the relaxed feel of Sant'Agata, and we'd gladly come back.

In the historic center of splendid Sant'Agata dei Goti, this beautifully renovated house blends thoughtful style with modern comforts. The service was second to none, and the quality, beauty, and courtesy all stood out. If you're lucky enough to get a balcony room, the panoramic view is the best.

The bed was comfortable, and the TV and cleanliness were okay. But staying in the historic center meant no nearby parking, so we had to leave the car 1 km away and carry our luggage. People kept staring at us, which wasn't pleasant. The breakfast was mediocre compared with the other reviews I'd read, perhaps because we asked for it at 7:30 instead of the scheduled 9-11. The toast packets were one to six months past their expiration dates, the cereal was soft, and there was no cocoa in the milk. The floorboards creaked loudly, and the stairwell light kept switching on and off all night, visible around the edges of the doors. There was no Wi-Fi.

We were disappointed to find that the room we'd booked wasn't the one we got. What they assigned us was the building's attic. The owner partly made up for it by exceptionally offering us breakfast.
