The room was fine, the air conditioning worked well, and the TV was fine too, though there were no Rai channels at all. I hadn’t realized breakfast wasn’t included. The towels were the real problem: during our seven days, they were never changed, and nobody came to clean the bathroom. Very disappointing.

My husband and I stayed two nights, and the room we got was a disappointment. The bathroom was freezing, as was the antechamber leading to it, and the room itself was cold. The water was cold too, and the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. The shower smelled like sewer. Supplies were sparse: one roll of toilet paper, two coffee capsules, two tea bags, two sugar packets, two wooden chopsticks, and two bottles of water. We expected those to be replenished during our stay, but ended up buying toilet paper at the detergent store. For what the room lacked, the price was too high. I’d pay €25 a night at most.

A comfortable, well-furnished place for a pleasant stay in Sant'Agata di Militello, with panoramic views.
