The complimentary shuttle made getting around easy. It was punctual, reliable and simple to use, while the location was a great starting point for exploring nearby areas. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with lovely views that made the mornings special. Breakfast had plenty of fresh, tasty options, and everyone we met was friendly, attentive and professional. Hotel Cristina was a wonderful place to stay in Sorrento, and I’d happily recommend it.

The rooftop pool area was really nice, and the hotel views were breathtaking. It’s quite close to the city centre, and the free shuttle there and back was very convenient. Our room was kept really clean, including evening cleaning when we didn’t want it done during the day. The staff were wonderful and took care of us warmly every day. We’ll definitely come back.

We ate at the restaurant and bar several times instead of heading into the city because they were so good. The shuttle was very helpful, too. My husband and I spent four nights here, loved the incredible views, especially at sunset, and would absolutely stay again.

The views and setting make Hotel Cristina a lovely base for exploring Sorrento, and the dining was consistently good. Staff were attentive from the moment we arrived, and the hotel and rooms were clean and well maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made things comfortable. You can enjoy the beautiful vistas from shared spaces and many of the rooms. Marco, the gracious owner, and Antonella from the breakfast team deserve a special mention for their warmth and care. The hotel can also arrange restaurant reservations and offers shuttle services, which made our stay easier. I’d gladly return.

We loved the breakfast buffet choices and tried the evening menu and cocktails too, all top quality. We came in October, outside peak season, so didn’t use the unheated outdoor pool, but still enjoyed the Sorrento views from that area. The hotel was gorgeous, the rooms clean, and the staff were so friendly. They gave us a lovely honeymoon welcome gift and had all the amenities we needed. It’s well located, with a great free shuttle into town. Messaging through WhatsApp was super convenient, and they replied right away. We stayed a few days during a longer honeymoon in Italy and couldn’t fault it. Would recommend!
