Casa Vacanze Giovanna

The area around the villas was wonderful, especially Porto Pino's white sand beach among the dunes, just 4 km away. Sant'Anna Arresi, with its shops and supermarket, is 2 km from the property. My wife and I spent ten days here in early September 2025 and found the prices absolutely fair. The villas sit in green countryside, each with modern comforts and a covered outdoor veranda. A remote-controlled gate secures the entrance, and the driveway is lined with Mediterranean scrub and carefully tended plants. There's plenty of convenient parking. Inside, the rooms are bright, spacious, well furnished, and very clean. Giovanna, the manager, is cheerful and lovely to talk with, and was always available when we needed something. A true little corner of paradise. Highly recommended, and congratulations to Giovanna!

Giovanna was attentive, kind, precise, and friendly throughout our stay. Her care and passion showed everywhere in the complex: the lawns, flowers, gardens, and colors were all beautifully maintained. The house had everything we needed to feel at home. We came as a family with our nine-year-old son and dog to explore southern Sardinia, and this place helped make the vacation perfect. Thank you. ♥️

We liked it so much that our planned six nights turned into eight. The apartment was beautiful, especially the gorgeous terrace where we watched lovely sunsets, and the garden was so well kept. Giovanna and Marcello were wonderfully welcoming and made us feel at home. We really need to repeat this holiday, and we'd highly recommend it!

The location made it easy to visit lots of beaches, the Is Suddas caves, Sant'Antioco, San Pietro, the big Carbonia mine, and beaches all the way to Chia. We were very happy with the holiday, especially for the value. Our family of four, with kids aged 13 and 12, also had plenty of room in the house. There are two large bedrooms, a comfortable living room with a kitchen, and a big outdoor area that worked well for breakfast or lunch, so we didn't have to carry sandy things inside. Mrs. Giovanna was punctual and always helpful. The house was spotless, and we recommend it for stays of up to two weeks.
