The Sole room faced the garden and was spacious and comfortable, with enough storage, air conditioning, and a decent bathroom. We spent two nights here in mid-June 2022 while holidaying in southwest Sardinia from the U.K. Sandro, the owner, greeted us warmly, checked us in, and offered advice on local points of interest. There are just two other rooms, so the B&B is nice and quiet. Breakfast was good, and we ate in the garden. The place was clean, welcoming, and nicely decorated, with Wi-Fi. It's on the main road in the centre of Sant' Anna Arresi, with shops and places to eat within walking distance, and nearby beaches a short drive away. Street parking is available alongside the hotel. Check-out was quick. It's very good value, and I'd recommend staying at least two nights to get a proper feel for the surrounding area.

The breakfast terrace behind the building is a lovely spot, and the buffet was good. The owner was very helpful about check-in times, and the woman looking after breakfast was kind. Our small room had the essentials, even a choice of double pillows, plus a small but comfortable bathroom and a sea view. Toiletries were the one thing missing, as they only provide hand soap in a dispenser. There's a guest fridge with a freezer. Porto Pino's beach and dunes are about 10 minutes away, making this an excellent base in central Sant'Anna Arresi.

The place is so clean and carefully kept, and the location works well for reaching Sardinia's most beautiful beaches, including Le Dune. My mother and I stayed six nights at Sandro's B&B, and he was always available for advice and anything we needed, while paying close attention to every guest. The value is excellent too. We'll be back for sure, for the cleanliness and Sandro's professionalism. Highly recommended. See you soon! Erika.

Irene and Sandro made us feel right at home with their warm welcome. They were helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The atmosphere is simple but tasteful, and everything was spotless and tidy. It's only a few kilometers from the sea, close enough that we even cycled there. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. If you want to explore historical and cultural sites, Sandro and Irene have some great suggestions. We had a wonderful stay. Graziella and Efisio

We had a spacious, clean room and bathroom, tastefully furnished and quiet. It stayed cool even in hot, muggy weather. Breakfast was excellent and generous, with plenty of homemade local products. The hosts were kind and helpful in explaining places to visit. It's a great base for exploring southern Sardinia's sights. I hope to come back soon. Thanks for everything!
