The hotel looked nice outside, but inside it was a different story. We had booked two months ahead, arrived at 9:20 AM, and didn't get a room until around 2:30 PM. The room was tiny, the TV had no sound, the refrigerator didn't work, and the bathroom was barely a bathroom. Breakfast was basically not served. There was nothing edible on the table except toast and a little Nutella, if you could find any. After searching for the waitress for ages to order a cappuccino, it arrived with a plastic stick instead of a spoon. I could say more, but I'm tired and there's too much to get into. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Bye everyone.

For all the problems we ran into, the hotel didn't offer any help or even a discount. I don't think I'll be back. What a shame, it may have been nice once. They advertise hosting footballers again, but I doubt they'd treat them the way they treated me. We booked a double room on Booking.com for 3 days and 2 nights, but were given a much smaller one instead. The air conditioning and refrigerator didn't work, one of the two lights was out, and the bed was uncomfortable and squeaked. The walls were black and there wasn't even a trash can. Breakfast was good, though the cappuccino came with a plastic coffee stirrer instead of a spoon. On the afternoon of the second day, they questioned my 3-day stay even though I had a printout of the reservation. It may look like a 4-star hotel from outside, but inside it doesn't live up to that. It's close to the train station, just a few meters away, and has on-site parking.

The sauna and hot tub were good, but the Turkish bath wasn't, and the massage turned out to be just a mud bath. When I booked, a hot stone massage was meant to be included. The staff member said it had been removed from the treatment, but I don't know why. I was given a free spa treatment at the hotel and had high hopes, but it didn't feel like a proper or particularly special spa experience. I didn't find it relaxing or beneficial. Avoid!
