The apartment was full of ants, the car park was gravel with no shade, there was hardly any privacy from the neighbours, and the tap water wasn't suitable to drink. The TV was tiny, around 15 inches or so. The main problem was that, because of a mistake on their side, we were given a much smaller apartment than the one we'd booked, and it pretty much ruined the holiday. They admitted the error but initially offered only a 10 euro per day discount or cancellation. We would have left if we hadn't already bought food. Eventually the discount became 15 per day, and they said they'd cover the tourist tax, or at least that's what they told us. Looking back at the prices listed on the website, I think we were charged more than the actual price difference between the rooms. It felt like they made money from their own mistake instead of paying for it. Hard to believe this can happen in 2024. I think this might not have happened if we'd booked through booking.com instead of their own site. Edit: They reply to every other review, but not this one. It seems they can't be bothered to apologize. The service was truly disappointing.

A lovely, peaceful place to relax. We were welcomed by Christina, who was very sweet and helpful, and gave us lots of tips on what to see around the island. We stayed in the beautiful, very clean Ginepro apartment. It had a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, and percolator. The bathroom was big, and the clean bedrooms had comfortable mattresses. There were insect screens on every window, which was a nice touch. There is also a clean washing machine in the shared area, with free laundry detergent, plus a barbecue area. Such a beautiful little corner of heaven!

We had a lovely time in these peaceful holiday homes, which have a nice view. The owner was very kind and shared useful tips about restaurants and sightseeing. I can definitely recommend staying here.
