Hotel Concorde

I’m already dreaming of coming back to this place that won my heart. From the moment you arrive, the staff at reception are genuinely happy to see you and do their best to help. The whole place feels like home, with relatives there to welcome you. The food is unbelievably good, and I joked that the special ingredient must be love, since it’s hard to leave anything on your plate. My room was completely new and renovated, and the internet was excellent, which mattered a lot for my work. I’ve had trouble with internet in many hotels, so this was a very pleasant surprise. There’s a supermarket within walking distance with everything you might need. The town is lovely and cozy, and the streets smell wonderful, with flowers growing almost everywhere, like perfume. The one downside is that the sea isn’t very close. Guests with a car should be fine, and there’s also a bus stop three minutes away on foot. Thank you so much.

The air conditioning was broken. The woman at reception said she thought the repairman had fixed it, but he clearly hadn’t. The hotel was fully booked, so we couldn’t move to another room. There was also an uncovered fuse box in the closet, which could easily hurt someone. Avoid this hotel.

The breakfast was acceptable, but the restaurant food was horrible and everything else, including the service, was disgusting. I really can’t see how this place deserves good reviews.

Fabrizia is the best.
