A peaceful, natural setting with plenty of privacy made this feel like a family home in Le Marche. The hospitality and ownership were excellent. Spacious, natural, quality.

We stayed one night, my husband and I with another couple, and were given two rooms in an annex with no windows. The bathroom was dirty, with hair and other debris in the bidet. Mold and damp had blackened the exposed brick in the shower, and the room was full of mosquitoes. It didn't seem to have been cleaned after the previous guests, either. Not an experience I'd repeat.

The owner was super friendly, and the house is tucked among the Marche hills, with real peace and quiet. It has every comfort, including a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, plus a lovely, well-kept outdoor space. I highly recommend it.

The garden is lush and kept in immaculate shape, and the owners are wonderful, attentive, kind, and friendly. The house is stunning both inside and out, fully equipped, with a big shaded, breezy outdoor space for summer. In winter, I imagine the large living room with its sofas and fireplace is just as inviting. It sits in green, quiet hills, only minutes from the beaches, highway exit, and charming little village of Sant'Elpidio a Mare. Five well-deserved stars.

Helpful, friendly owners and a villa with everything needed for a carefree holiday. It's modern, clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a lovely patio and well-kept garden that make it even more relaxing. Highly recommended!
