I picked this place at random, and we got incredibly lucky. It's beautiful, surrounded by greenery, and fully fenced. Lara is very happy here, and she could even go out alone at 3 am, which let me relax. Our accommodation had every comfort, including air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and the staff were discreet. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. I love kindness, and above all, politeness, so I'll definitely return. Thank you, Mr. Lepore, for everything.

The views over the hills are stunning. The rooms have every comfort, even a Bluetooth speaker, and the owner and staff were warm and welcoming. We had Sunday lunch in the reception area, which made us feel right at home. Recommended!

What a shame, because the location is so beautiful, quiet, and relaxing, and the property has a lot of potential. It just seems poorly managed and maintained. The furnishings feel haphazard, and in 30 years of traveling the world I've never had to go 4 kilometers to a random café for breakfast. I wouldn't recommend it.

The owner was kind and welcoming, and the setting in the Marche hills is beautiful. Rooms are spacious, with Smart TVs, refrigerators, air conditioning, and speakers. Breakfast at the café comes with fresh, tasty produce.

There was such a feeling of quiet, harmony, and friendliness during my stay. The beautiful place has medieval/Renaissance furnishings, and an aura of peace and mystery that makes you dream of flying among the stars, as though it were a sign of a new life.
