We were glad to have this place as a base for biking. We rode all the main passes, and the extra bike parking was just right. The parking area is huge, and there’s even a Strava segment right in front of the house. The washing machine takes cash, which was handy for having clean clothes each day, and we really liked the grill area. Rooms were fine and the beds were comfortable, neither too hard nor too soft. The staff were really nice and helpful. We’ll come back.

This was our second visit, and we’ve enjoyed it both times. The guesthouse is kept extremely clean and the rooms have everything you need. There’s a huge garage and a modern ski drying room. The woman running the place is so kind and helpful, and you can tell a lot of care goes into it. We’ll definitely return.

We were very happy with the accommodation and would definitely recommend it. The apartments are large and well equipped, with indoor parking, a lift, ski boxes, and more. It did feel a little cold in the apartment at times.

Ms. Federica was incredibly warm and hospitable, and gave us great suggestions for things to do. We stayed five nights at this fabulous property, not far from Bormio in a peaceful area that’s still close to all the amenities. The apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished with quality materials and equipment. Everything, inside and out, was impeccably clean and tidy. We’ll definitely keep it in mind for a future holiday.
