The place feels old, worn out, and lacking any sparkle. The staff are good, though, like a good driver stuck with an old banger. Children were noisy in the bar area, and you couldn't just have a drink in the dining room. Getting in by vehicle was interesting, but parking was free and on site.

My single room was small but had enough space, and it was clean. The staff were really, really friendly, and breakfast was good. The scrambled eggs could use some work, and cucumber and tomatoes would be a nice addition. Good place for an affordable price. I can highly recommend it, and I'll definitely come back.

The hotel offers very good value, with reasonable prices for the accommodation and services. We enjoyed the food too, with a variety of dishes made using fresh local ingredients, from breakfast through dinner at sunset. The staff were friendly and attentive, welcoming us at check-in and offering helpful tips about local attractions. The setting above the clear Adriatic waters in Santa Cesarea Terme gives you beautiful panoramic views. Grand Hotel Mediterraneo is a lovely Italian coast getaway for relaxing and exploring, and a great choice if you're after a luxurious stay at a reasonable price. The experience was very good.

I spent 3 days there in May and found it very good value. After time at the nearby baths or on the hiking trails, it was lovely to come back in the evening to such a welcoming, relaxed reception. The atmosphere is warm and family-style, and the restaurant serves simple, healthy, delicious food. I'd stay at this hotel again.

Everyone on staff was friendly and professional, and they made the stay memorable. The room was lovely, fresh, clean, well equipped, and had a great view out to sea. The location is perfect, a real standout for this area. I'd definitely come back soon. Highly recommended!
