The rooms are lovely, and the spa is high standard. There’s also a small but useful gym. The hotel offers a shuttle to the ski area and to ski rentals, and the service and staff were friendly. I wasn't a big fan of the main spaces, like the restaurants and lounge. They felt crowded and didn't have a traditional mountain look. Still, it was a great experience at the Alpin Garden.

Marcus and the whole team were genuinely caring, attentive, and kind. They handled every request warmly and professionally, and made us feel at home instead of like guests passing through. Alpin Hotel in the Dolomites is beautiful, spotless, and designed with care down to little details, from the lobby scent to the bedding and food. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the view is breathtaking. It’s a wonderful place for a high-level vacation with personal attention and a real sense of home. We’ll definitely return.

The hotel is nice and the facilities are good, but I’ve never felt so unwelcome during a stay. I had a few requests beyond the usual check-in and check-out, and the response felt hostile. When I asked for a fan, I was ridiculed and told it was 11 degrees outside. The owner, Markus, then joked about whether the camera was recording. Some staff members, Giulia and Viktoria, came across as snarky and dismissive, though there were others who were helpful and accommodating. The overall hostility overshadowed them. The hospitality felt like one star being marketed as five. The owner was horrible, and I’d say avoid staying here if you need peace of mind. In response to the reply: We didn't ask for a free upgrade. We pointed out that the website showed other available rooms of the same type we had booked, and asked whether we could have one with a better view. He had given us the oldest one, while another had a newly renovated parquet floor. We even said we were fine with a carpeted room. The next day, we again didn't ask for a free room. We asked how much an upgrade would cost and were quoted twice the difference from the price being offered online. We saw the rooms being sold as upgrades, but their view didn't seem any different from ours, so we didn't take the paid upgrade. Markus, stop lying. The reviews about you show how you are and how you treat guests.

We spent seven nights here, and the spa and swimming pools were excellent for relaxing and easing our muscles after days of outdoor activities. The chef's breakfast and dinner were outstanding too, with fantastic quality and variety, great ingredients, and imaginative creations. Everything felt special and top quality, from the decor and rooms to the culinary experience. The rooms are beautiful and luxurious, with an amazing view. Markus, you did an amazing job turning your nostalgic parents' house into your dream and sharing it with us. Erica, Veronica, and everyone else, you're amazing. The experience wouldn't have been the same without you. My wife and I would give the hotel and the whole stay 10 stars if we could. We're already planning our next vacation at "Alpin Garden Luxury Maison & Spa".
