Seafront House Le Finestre Sul Mare With Balcony

We’d come back in a heartbeat. The host family was fantastic and helped arrange our transport from the airport, as well as suggesting great excursions and boat tours. The penthouse apartment and roof terrace were comfortable and spotless, with spectacular views across the Mediterranean Sea. It met all our expectations.

Filippo was kind, attentive, and always available, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Casa Vacanze Le Finestre sul mare was meticulously cared for, spotless, and equipped with everything needed to feel at home. The location is excellent, close to the main attractions, with a breathtaking view just as the name promises. We had a truly perfect stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for peace, comfort, and a family atmosphere in a little corner of paradise. We’ll definitely return!

The beach is just across the road, down a flight of stairs, and the port is an easy ten-minute walk. There’s also a supermarket 200 metres away, plus a fruit and vegetable seller who comes by daily. The train station makes trips to Palermo and Cefalù very convenient. The apartment was spacious, nicely equipped, and had everything we needed for the young children. The owners were lovely and quick to reply to messages, and even helped us arrange a boat trip. I only wish I’d booked more than two nights. We’d happily recommend it.

The balcony was a lovely spot to watch the sunrises, and the neighbourhood is really picturesque. Santa Flavia also worked well as a base for visiting Cefalu and Palermo, and was a less expensive alternative to staying in either city. The apartment itself is large, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It’s family-friendly too, with a baby cot in the bedroom. The owner was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
