Such a charming place. The rooms are spacious and clean, and check-in and check-out were incredibly easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. You're close to great food, with the bus and ferry only a short walk away, and the location is hard to beat.

We stayed in the Rossa room, with a huge double shower that could fit two, and the room was spacious with air conditioning. The hotel is one block from the Main Street and its popular restaurants. Breakfast was amazing, and the front desk staff were kind, patient, and incredibly helpful, with great advice and a willingness to do anything for you. Fantastic hotel!

The staff were the highlight, so friendly and welcoming. We left our iPad behind, and they even hurried to the train station to get it to us before we boarded. The hotel is clean and tidy, with a great breakfast and a fabulous central spot in Santa. Thanks for a memorable stay.

The bathroom had a terrific double shower, big enough to throw a party in, and the air conditioning was quiet and worked well. Our room was fabulous, breakfast was super, and the staff were attentive. Everything was excellent. If we come this way again, we'll definitely stay here. Can't recommend it highly enough.

The manager was very pleasant and welcoming. This is a great-value room, in a spot close to both tourist sights and restaurants. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Margherita.
