Katia made us feel so welcome, and her thoughtful, prompt help showed in all the little details. The room had plenty of space and useful extras: two luggage benches, lots of hangers in a large closet, spare pillows, and a full-length mirror. There was also a roomy bathroom with a large shower and a retractable clothesline, which came in handy while traveling. We found the location easy to get around on foot, with restaurants, shops, and sights nearby, so we didn't need transport to enjoy the city. The breakfast area was inviting and had yogurt, juice, coffee, a microwave, and the supplies we needed. Gated entry and key card access at every door helped us feel safe throughout the stay. We'd happily come back; the comfort, convenience, and hospitality went beyond what we expected.

The modern room had a nice little balcony, and the host was available for questions or directions. She also shared plenty of information about local sights. It's a good base for seeing things nearby. One thing to know: the free parking claim is a little misleading, since nearby free spaces are hard to find. Blue-zone parking costs €1 per hour except on Sunday. Breakfast is across the street at Gran Cafe Garibaldi, and was basically a croissant or pastry with coffee. Still, we had a pretty good experience.

The owner went far beyond what we expected when my mother was hospitalized during a very sad and stressful situation. He's a medic, made several phone calls for us, and helped enormously. The rooms were large, spacious, and very clean, and breakfast was very good. Fantastic B&B, definitely five stars, and I highly recommend staying here.
