The fish was incredibly fresh and full of flavor, and the service was relaxed and friendly. There’s a covered terrace set back from the promenade, open on every side.

Santino really made the difference, always working hard, smiling, and ready to help. The rooms were clean and practical, with a TV, fridge, and air conditioning. The home-cooked food was excellent, and we had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it.

The little football museum is a real gem, with Santino carefully looking after memorabilia of great value. The hotel is clean, tidy, and quiet, and it would be hard to pass through Salina without staying here. In a place where nature, history, and culture come together so beautifully, Santino and Franca run the fabulous A CANNATA with real skill. The owners are kind and helpful, and that makes the hotel and restaurant feel truly unique.

Santino is incredibly friendly and kind, and the restaurant feels welcoming, with a lovely terrace facing the seafront and Lipari. The food is tasty and local. I especially liked the maccheroni alla cannata and spaghetti alla postino, and the side dishes were excellent too. Save room for the pistachio semifreddo. If you're passing through Lingua, stop at the "a cannata" restaurant.
