The house is in a completely run-down state. The worst part is the rats and cockroaches. We’re the neighbors and have watched this with horror. There’s a mistletoe tree with rotten fruit right in front of our terrace, attracting rats and other pests. They crawl up the walls and are everywhere. We’re trying to keep them off our terrace with poison bait, and our holiday has become unbearable.
