Danila was lovely and helpful, especially when a late-night rail strike hit on our checkout day. She helped us work out another way to get back to Rome. The beach and train station are nearby, which was one reason we chose the place. We had a very pleasant stay, with beautiful furnishings and a really comfortable bed.

The place is close to the beach, restaurants, shops, gelato shops, and the train station. Inside, the design is stylish and modern, and everything was clean and comfortable. I loved the aesthetic feel, and there's even a nicely designed book about the concept and useful neighborhood information. It worked just as well for a short stay as a longer one. My best stay experience so far. Thanks to the host and creator for putting this together!

We booked four nights without realizing how noisy this place would be. It's on a very busy road, and the windows and balcony face the street. We left straight away and stayed at a different hotel.

The boat tours to the coves of Santa Marinella are a nice extra service offered by the property. Ramona, our time at Maison 31 was wonderful. The terrace was the highlight, with a million-dollar view, and the whole stay felt amazing. Thank you for such a magical memory. We'll definitely be back.
