Free parking right at the entrance, plus an elevator. The owner was very kind, and Forza d'Agrò is close by. The spacious room has a beautiful sea view. It’s near a busy junction and road, but the breeze from the sea and the view make up for that. Recommended. Greetings from Poland.

We couldn’t travel because of a fire emergency in Sicily, so we contacted Expedia and the owner to ask for a refund or at least a new booking. They refused. The reservation was non-refundable, so the owner was entitled to keep the money already paid and turn down our request. Still, after years of traveling around Sicily and the world, I’ve never had a manager refuse to accommodate a customer facing a serious emergency. Apparently, keeping €89 mattered more than showing kindness to people who could have become repeat customers and sent others their way. I’m sure the place is lovely, well located, and well maintained. I didn’t pick it for no reason. But I can’t understand that way of acting, from a customer service point of view or a business one. Losing customers forever over €89. I won’t return, and I don’t recommend it.

I spent the whole week over the August bank holiday here and felt at home. The rooms were lovely, with a stunning view, and the property was comfortable, very spacious, and spotless. The two sisters who own it are one of a kind, so friendly and welcoming. Truly fantastic.

The terrace has a breathtaking view, but there’s no awning, so it’s hard to enjoy at lunchtime. The location right on the seafront is enviable, and the rooms are modern. The owners are friendly and helpful, and there’s an elevator. The air conditioning doesn’t work if you open the window.
