Hotel Canne al Vento

Breakfast was magnificent, with lots of choice and nice products. The service was amazingly friendly, and the rooms were clean and nice. The beds are a bit old, but okay.

Breakfast had an enormous selection, one of the biggest I've seen in ages, and the staff were welcoming and really friendly. The hotel is close to the city center, restaurants, bars, and the local beach, which made the location great. Our room was spacious, clean, and cozy. It faced the side of the building and stayed quiet even though the hotel is on a main road. Having air conditioning was a plus. I'd definitely stay here again.

I felt more at home here than at any hotel I can remember, thanks in part to the coolest staff, who were lovely and helpful. The breakfast buffet was beyond anything I could have imagined and knocked the Holiday Inn in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, off the top of my list. There were all sorts of homemade Italian cakes, from torta della nonna and torta alle mele to treats I couldn't have dreamed up, plus unexpected things for someone with my unusual tastes, like spinach and gorgonzola on the breakfast buffet. A+++++ They even have an ironing board you can go surf with!

The hotel sits on the main road, so the setting isn't stunning, but it's super convenient. We spent four days there as a group of eight and would definitely return on our next trip to Santa Teresa. It's a charming place with lovely decor, very spacious rooms and bathrooms, and staff who are beyond friendly. Breakfast was amazing, with an unbelievable range of pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, breads, fruit, and more.
