For a single night, this was a decent choice. The room had a comfortable bed, plenty of storage, and a good shower. It was cold outside in late March, but the heater and spare duvet made that manageable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Finding reception took us a few minutes because it’s inside the restaurant, and we hadn’t realized we needed to go there when we arrived. We chose the Blue Room for the jacuzzi, but it’s really a bubbly bathtub, so the extra €30 didn’t feel worthwhile. Breakfast was basic: water, juice, a croissant, butter, jam, and cookies. That may suit some people, but it wasn’t enough for us. Santa Teresa is conveniently close, though we found the town quiet, with little going on, even around food. I’d stay here for one night, but not longer.

The hosts are very friendly, and the place itself is cosy, clean, and beautiful. Breakfast was generous, and they always offered a plastic bag for taking some food with us. A local artist from the hosts’ family made the paintings and sketches inside, and his murals are also around town.

Lorenzo really helped make this a good experience. I think he may be the manager or owner, and he was funny, helpful, and seemed to be in a good mood all the time. He made us feel at home. The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. There’s also a self-service washing machine.

The view across the bay is beautiful, and the room was great, especially the amazing bathroom. I’d definitely recommend it.
