Le Residenze di Santa Teresa

We had a peaceful, pleasant week there. The staff were really friendly and quick to help whenever we needed anything, and we enjoyed our time very much.

The calm setting was just right for a relaxing holiday, and we liked having a pool available, even when we weren’t using it. Our apartment was well furnished and spotlessly clean, and the kitchenette had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. Mrs. Anna greeted us warmly and was very helpful from the start. The residence’s refined architecture creates an exclusive feel that sits beautifully in the surrounding landscape. We’d love to return to that peaceful, serene atmosphere. Thanks as well to the girls at Blue Sardegna for everything.

It’s a shame, because the location is convenient, near a supermarket and a few kilometres from the beaches. But the Booking.com listing doesn’t match the amenities provided, and the buildings are clearly run down. The apartment itself is pleasant, except nobody mentioned the dilapidated LPG tank, which made the stay a bit stressful. There is a flat TV, but it’s tiny, like a picture frame. The indoor air conditioning wasn’t mentioned either. Its 1990s engine sounds like a helicopter when on, makes sleeping difficult, and can’t cool the whole apartment. The shower’s sliding glass is broken and the mixer tap doesn’t work properly. The pools are nice but need maintenance, and the linear tub was very dirty around the edges. After I complained, the host said some work had been approved. I’m here on holiday, not to buy a house. Places should be made pleasant and liveable before they’re rented out, so guests’ holidays aren’t spoiled. They should also stop using old property photos from when things may have been in order.
