We spent our holiday here and found the residence lovely. The single-storey villas fit nicely into the landscape, and the beaches are beautiful and easy to reach on foot. There’s a private garden and parking, too. The neighbourhood could be noisy. Dogs sometimes barked for minutes, and some families didn’t respect quiet hours. I have a dog myself, but I stop him if he barks for more than three seconds, especially at night or just because someone passes the property. In our case, a climbing plant kept dropping very sticky leaves across the garden, so the synthetic grass was unusable, even for hanging laundry. Separate waste collection is a good idea, but asking holiday guests to use a different bag for every type of rubbish seems impractical when the apartment doesn’t have the right containers. There was also a strong sewage smell from the toilet. An air freshener and toilet freshener helped somewhat. For the owner: I stayed in apartment 13 from August 31 to September 8, booked through an agency. If this isn’t the same property, I’ll delete the review.
