Residence La Reggia di Nausicaa

We had a pleasant, peaceful week here. The staff were really friendly and quick to help whenever we needed anything. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The apartment was spotless and nicely furnished, and its kitchenette had everything we needed to make our own meals. We also liked having access to the pool, even though we didn't use it. The area was peaceful, just right for a relaxing break, and the residence's refined architecture fit beautifully with the surrounding landscape. Mrs. Anna welcomed us warmly and was very helpful from the start. We had a lovely stay at the Reggia di Nausicaa and would gladly return for that calm atmosphere. Thanks as well to the girls at Blue Sardegna for all their help.

The location is handy, close to a supermarket and a few kilometers from the beaches, and the apartment itself is pleasant. But the Booking.com listing doesn't reflect the amenities on offer, and the buildings are visibly run down. No one mentioned the dilapidated LPG tank, which made the stay stressful. The TV is flat-screen, but tiny, like a picture frame. The indoor air conditioner seems to have a 1990s engine: it sounds like a helicopter when switched on, makes sleeping difficult, and can't cool the whole apartment. The sliding shower glass is broken and the mixer tap doesn't work properly. The pools look nice but need maintenance, and the linear tub was very dirty around the edges. After I complained, the host said some work had been approved. I'm on holiday, though, not buying a house. Please make places pleasant and livable before renting them out, and don't use old property photos from when things may have been in better shape. Judge for yourself from the photos.
