The property cancelled my booking on Booking without a valid reason. A few days ago they tried to charge the full reservation amount even though my booking clearly said I could cancel for free until 20 April. They weren't authorised to take payment before then. Afterward, they contacted me asking me to transfer the money directly to them and said they “do not need to issue a receipt”. I found that very concerning and inappropriate. I told them I had blocked the payment because they had no right to charge my account before the agreed date, and that I wouldn't send money outside the booking platform. The property then cancelled the reservation themselves. I'd appreciate an investigation. Asking for payment directly without a receipt and trying to charge my card before the permitted date doesn't seem compliant with the booking conditions.

The beach view was very beautiful, and the room itself was large and clean. The bathroom shower was clogged. To get to the bed you have to climb four steps, and there's no light on that level, so be careful at night. The restaurant menu didn't offer much variety. From a lower-level room, the climb up to the restaurant is steep. There's a little train, but it was always out of order. This hotel isn't suitable for elderly people.
