The garden and grounds make it easy to unwind, and the staff were so helpful. Breakfast was lovely too. We didn't get to try the spa, so maybe next time. The hotel itself has a special mix of old and new: our beautifully renovated room still held onto its old-world character.

The town was lovely, and I only wish we'd had more time there. I stayed in the peacock suite and loved it, from the friendly service to the bright shower, huge tub, and cool air on a hot day. Breakfast was wonderful too.

The property is gorgeous, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. There's guest parking, and pets are welcome. But our night was awful. The AC barely cooled the room, which stayed stifling hot and made it hard to sleep. Worse, ants were everywhere, crawling on the walls, in the bathroom, on the bed and on us at night. Our bags were full of them when we checked out. Breakfast was also a letdown for a four-star hotel, with very little choice.

We had a good stay here as a family of four and needed two rooms. The place seems better suited to couples, but it worked out more than fine for us. The rooms were spacious, cool, and well designed, and the hotel setting and garden were excellent. Breakfast could have offered more, though the cappuccino was fantastic. Five stars.

Jesica and her husband were lovely and very helpful, giving us pointers about the area. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The small, intimate hotel is beautifully designed, with a great garden view from our room, free parking, and access to the old city walls. It's right in the old town, with plenty of places nearby to eat, drink, and spend time. Breakfast in the lovely garden had good ingredients.
