We spent New Year's Eve here as a family. The person I contacted for information was always courteous and helpful. The apartment is in the historic center, on an internal pedestrian street rather than by the sea, and shops for groceries are close by. The outside of the building is very old, though the interior has been renovated. There are three apartments, two still with their original entrance doors, and getting to ours meant climbing three fairly steep flights of stairs. Inside, the main space has a table with four chairs, a nice TV, and a double sofa bed where my kids slept. The small kitchen sits beneath an existing brick arch and has a large fridge, a little oven we didn't get to try, and an induction stove that we were very happy with. Everything was clean and tidy, with the essential dishes and cookware. A window looks onto the alley. Across from the sofa, a door leads to the other bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is spacious, with a comfortable bed, a closet on the right, a shelf opposite, and a window between them. The bathroom was fully renovated, clean and very nice, with a good shower and everything we needed, including a small radiator we could turn on whenever we wanted. Daikin air conditioners in both rooms provide heating or cooling depending on the season. There's another short flight of stairs outside the apartment up to a small rooftop terrace shared with the other apartments. It has a table and two chairs, and you can enjoy sea views and lovely sunsets from there. The one small drawback was the garbage collection: it wasn't well organized and there were no bins to throw things away.
