We’ve been renting this attic for two years, and it’s a truly welcoming place. It’s carefully cleaned and has efficient appliances, and Mrs. Michela is very helpful. The location is ideal if you want a wonderful view of the Sierra and a peaceful setting. There’s private parking, which is a plus, and the staff are incredibly kind. The garden is lovely, the parking is private, and it’s a quiet, relaxing spot just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Sappada. My husband and I stayed this summer in the attic managed by Michela, and it turned out to suit us perfectly. It’s intimate, charming, well furnished, clean, and has all the amenities we needed, including a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and vacuum cleaner. There were just two of us, but the extra bedroom alongside the double room came in handy for our suitcases and backpacks. We felt peaceful and right at home with Michela and her family. The Kratter family are kind, hospitable, and friendly, while also respecting their guests’ space. Michela handles everything with a smile and a neighborly ease, always ready to help with requests. The owners were very friendly, and the apartment worked really well for our family with children. It had all the comforts we needed, plus a wonderful garden with games.

At the end of September 2018, three of us came with a dog and everything was perfect. We felt at home thanks to the welcoming, helpful hosts. The apartment was truly beautiful, and the location was excellent.
