It has the feel of a grand old villa, with an outdoor rooftop terrace. The hotel is in a quiet spot between the train station and the main beach, just a block from the water. Breakfast was fabulous, the staff were friendly and helpful, and it’s great value.

The staff were kind and it’s a very nice place, though when I was there nobody spoke English. Sapri is a nice town, with both mountains and sea.
