Seebacher-Hof Apartments

My girlfriend and I stayed in this apartment on December 30 and 31, 2019, and were pleasantly surprised. It's a new place with everything in order, and the owners are very kind and friendly. One small suggestion: the kitchen could use a sponge, scissors, a coffee maker, and a drying cloth. Thanks for providing the dishwasher detergent! Otherwise, everything was really positive. Recommended.

The kids had a great time with the animals, and so did we. The farm and apartments are extremely well kept, with everything looked after. Sarah and Michael do a fantastic job, and Sarah's beauty program is especially worth trying. There are lots of outings to choose from in Sarntal Valley, from mountain trips to the city of Bolzano. The nature and surroundings are unique, and one week wasn't enough to see it all. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to seeing you again.

The landlady was friendly, and the apartment was tastefully furnished and clean, with a nice bathroom and good towels. Those things deserve at least three stars. We only stayed one night, though. The mattresses felt like thin foam, and could definitely have been more comfortable. There were no bedside tables or shelves, and no kettle, which is practically standard these days, even in hotels and B&Bs. What made us leave was the lack of curtains or blinds. You might manage without them in the living room, but not in a bedroom. We were in the street-facing apartment, and hadn't been warned. A busy road runs right outside, with cars constantly passing at night and headlights shining into the room, even though it's on the second floor. We couldn't bear having the window open because of the noise. The Sarntal valley access road and its convenient tunnels have clearly affected the quiet I remembered here. It was noisy even though we weren't there in peak season. The apartment at the back might be a little better, but you can still hear the road.

A handy place to stay for motorcycle rides, with several mountain passes close enough to reach.
