The accommodation in Bolzano felt cramped, wasn't very clean, and came with lots of rules to follow. The host Anna was nasty and rude. In my experience, she responds pleasantly to good reviews, but gets nasty when someone writes the truth. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We stayed at Villa Lageder for a spring holiday and found it comfortable and pleasant. The kitchen had everything we needed, the Wi-Fi was free, and the TV worked over the internet. Shops were only 500 m away, and one sauna visit on the ground floor was included. I have a feeling this wasn't our last visit.

At Villa Lageder, the owner was arrogant and rude, which made an already awful stay even worse. The place was very expensive, and when we arrived everything was filthy and in poor condition. Our room had no toilet of its own; it was in the entrance hall, where everyone could hear you. The few days there were terrifying and unbearable, the worst experience of my life. If you want a good vacation, this isn't the place for you.

The owner was incredibly rude and didn't seem to care about guests' needs. The information about the accommodation wasn't clear, and I understand why they ask for payment in advance. The welcome was terrible, so I advise people to avoid this property, even though it looks well maintained.
